ML Financial Group ("we," "us," or "our") operates Project Green, an AI-powered financial intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect your QuickBooks Online account to Project Green, we access financial data from your accounting system, including:

• Chart of Accounts and account balances
• Journal entries and transactions
• Invoices, customers, and vendors
• Payroll summary data (if connected)

We also collect basic account information (name, email) when you create a Project Green account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your financial data solely to:

• Answer your natural language questions about your business
• Generate financial analysis, reports, and insights
• Identify data quality gaps and improvement recommendations

We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties. Your data is used only to provide the services you have requested.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your financial data is stored in encrypted databases with access restricted to authorized personnel. We implement industry-standard security controls including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Role-based access control
• Audit logging of all data access
• Multi-tenant data isolation (your data is never mixed with other firms)

4. QuickBooks Online Integration

Project Green connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization. You can revoke access at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings. When you disconnect, we stop syncing new data. You may request deletion of previously synced data by contacting us.

5. Data Retention

We retain your financial data for as long as your account is active and the QuickBooks connection is authorized. Upon disconnection or account termination, we will delete your synced financial data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we have collected from your accounting system
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Disconnect your QuickBooks account at any time
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
